Full documentation of the day long seminar focused on heightening awareness of the LBS Protocol and aspects of the Cartegena Convention and its implications for different stakeholder groups in Barbados.  Presentations given by the Minister of Environment, Representatives from UNEP Caribbean Regional Coordination Unit, invited guest speakers from countries within the Organization of Eastern Caribbean States, the Environmental Protection Department and the Coastal Zone Management Unit.
